Littleton Youth Soccer Club – June 1, 2016 Annual General Meeting Minutes

Members Present: Gary Austin, David Caouette, Bob Stall, Dan Fusco, Mike Levasseur, Mark Hollinger, Cheryl Hollinger, Seth Landsman, Bob Chrenc, Tommy Proulx, Pat Stearns, Ted Doucette, Liz Shocklin, Scott Carrigan and Lisa Girolamo.

Gary Austin called the meeting to order at 8:50

Election of Officers for 2016-2017 year.

Except as noted, all votes were unanimous.

President: Gary Austin

Vice President: Pat Stearns

Secretary: Bob Stall

Treasurer:  Ted Doucette.  Vote was 11 for, 1 against and 3 abstain

Travel Coordinator: Dave Caouette

In-Town U8 Coordinator: Dan Fusco

In-Town U6 Coordinator: Scott Kerrigan

In-Town Pee Wee Coordinator: Open

Registrar: Seth Landsman

Appointed Positions - The following positions were appointed by Gary Austin and accepted:

Referee Coordinator:  Tommy Proulx

Field Coordinator:  Liz Shocklin

NVYSL Representative:  Pat Stearns

Equipment Coordinator:  Steve Bast

Booster Director:  Bob Chrenc with the addition of a Russell Street coordinator in Lisa Girolamo

Player Development Coordinator:  Mike Levasseur

Coach Development Coordinator:  Ted Doucette

Snack Shack:  Cheryl Hollinger and Bob Chrenc

In Town Ref coordinator:  To be filled separate from travel ref coordinator.

Constitution Changes – the following changes were unanimously voted into the constitution:

Article 1 Section 3 Player Member Eligibility classifications were changed from U8, U10 etc. to Pee Wee, Kindergarten, Gr1/2, Gr3/4, Gr5/6, Gr7/8, Gr9/10 and HS.

Article 7 Section 6 – Duties, Powers and Responsibilities of the Treasurer.  Section G was added which shall read: “The Treasurer shall no authorize any outlays of $500 or more without the verbal consent of the President (not email) and shall not authorize any outlays of $1,000 or more without approval of the board.
