LSC December Meeting
December 6, 2006
The general meeting was called to order by LSC President, Bob Stahl at 7:30 PM.

Treasurer Report (Bob Stall)
*Statement of Operation for the period 7/1/06 to 11/15/06 was issued.
Travel Report (Mike Swann)
*Email should be going out with the current number of players registered.
In Town Report
Peewee (Jen Canfield)
*No Problems
U6 (Dale Cotnam)
*No Problems
U8 (Larry Frisoli)
*No Problems
Equipment (Gary Austin)
*When is payment due for the 7 x 7 goals being purchased through the league.
**Two trucks will be needed to get the goals.
Referees (Gerry Cavallo)
*Littleton was selected to host a Grade 9 Referee course.
**Course will take place in late February or Early March.
**Need to be in 7th or 8th grade to take the course.
NEW BUSINESS
Registration
Website
*New website is up and running.
*There was a security issue that wouldn’t allow people to register if they have a different home and billing address.
**All agreed to turn this feature off.
*New features to be added
**Consolidated list of players for each team.
**Listing of soccer related information (clinics, tournaments, league, ect.)
**Insurance forms for kids in case of emergency.
Spring Coaches Meeting
*Directors should have a discussion about using the website for the coaches.
*Date for coaches meeting for travel and in town is tentatively March 14, 2007.
**Try to have a coaches clinic the same night.
Evaluations
*Try to get the Simmons players to do the evaluations.
**Do two consecutive nights so everyone can make it.
*Try to have the tryouts before Memorial Day to avoid conflict with baseball.
The next meeting will be on January 3, 2006.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 PM.
