November 9th Meeting Minutes

Members present: Pat Stearns, Gary Austin, Mark Hollinger, Quinn Canfield, Dave Besse, Ian Kersley,

Pat Stearns called the meeting to order at 7:30.

Annemarie Gaebel elected PW Academy Coordinator.

October Minutes

The previous meeting's minutes were approved unanimously.

Treasurer

The Park and Rec. operating funds are approximately $29k. There is $11k in the booster account.
Need check for 382.50 for LYSA advertisement.

In Town Report

Travel Report

Boys

Still a few games to make up but all is well. Request to send out a notice about travel registration
before December. Recommendation that BU14A game vs. Oakmont not be played.

Girls

Not discussed

NVYSL Report

League would like to see BU14A game played.

Registrar

Registration open and proceeding. Numbers low but it’s early.

Coaches Development

There will be a Mass Referee “F” course offered in Littleton on March 1,8 at Russell Street School.

Boosters

Shed cleaned and organized. Merchandise sold at Keorper during games and made $1300. Warmup
jackets have been ordered along with new merchandise. Need volunteers for the holiday bazaar on
Dec.3.

Equipment

Order Kwik goal extrusions to be retrofitted onto U10 size nets.
