Littleton Youth Soccer Club – December 3rd, 2014  Meeting Minutes

Members Present: Pat Stearns, David Caouette, Bob Stall, Tommy Proulx, Dan Fusco, Gary Austin, Mike Levasseur and Bob Chrenc.

Pat Stearns called the meeting to order at 7:30

October Minutes – Accepted

Treasurer: Same as last time.  Booster bill was $8,600.00.  Lots of new gear for bazaar sales.

Travel: No report

In-Town:  No report

Registrar: So far 101 spring registrants – reminders will be sent out to travel.

Equipment: New in-town nets will be ordered

NVYSL: No report

Referees:  League assignor Adam Tocci is resigning and they are looking for a replacement.  Recerts are ongoing through February 1.  Can we come up with a mechanism to bring in young, but uncertified, refs for in-town?  Bob Stall to speak with Gerry Cavallo (former ref coordinator) to see what was done years ago.  Looking to get something in place for fall of 2015.

Snack Shack/ Booster:  Continuing drainage issues.  To be brought to attention of light and water, can they do anything since the problem started with the new parking lot.  Boosters need help at the bazaar.

New Business

Pat Stearns noted that he will NOT run for president this spring.  We need to seek interested parties.

Eagle Projects – scouts will be looking for hefty projects but time lags must be realized.  After we come up with a project they need to outline the project and then have it signed off at both the local and council level with meetings and presentations.  While this is a good source for improvements – we need to give a long lag time and not expect a quick completion.

Potential field locations being looked at by town – behind track and Morgan properties.  Which organizations?
