Select the program below that corresponds to your child's grade (or birth date in the case of PeeWee).
Please note that all Littleton Youth Soccer teams at and above Grade 3 are Travel teams.
RESIDENCY:
The In-Town soccer program (Pee Wee through U8) welcomes players and adult volunteers from Littleton and the surrounding area.
The Travel soccer program (Grade 3 - 4 and up) is limited to residents of Littleton, MA according to NVYSL by-laws. Non-residents who attend Littleton schools or have played the two previous seasons on Littleton Travel teams are also eligible. Similarly, players may be eligible if their home town has no soccer program appropriate to their age and gender, or no room to accommodate them. If you are in one of those categories, please contact registrar (registrar@littletonyouthsoccer.org) for help with registration.
REGISTER EARLY FOR TRAVEL:
In February for spring, or August for fall, we must submit the number of Travel teams that Littleton will enter into the league. It is important that you register on time to help us determine the number of teams. Also, some programs are set up with a limited number of openings; the system will indicate a waitlist status during the registration process if applicable. We will work to add teams, where needed, to accommodate more players. Registration MAY be extended on a program-by-program basis depending on the number of players and teams. To ensure a place, register as soon as you can.
LATE FEES:
In addition to not being assured a spot on a team, there will be substantial late fees ($50). Please register early!
DISCOUNTS:
For families with multiple players, there is a $5 discount for each additional child with a family maximum of $240 per season. Most seasons, there is also a $5 early bird discount for each family member.
SCHOOL GRADE LEVEL ELIGIBILITY:
Players who are enrolled in school a year ahead of or behind their chronological age (due to a transitional year for example) are usually eligible to play soccer with their classmates. There are certain restrictions on which teams a child who wishes to "play down" may join. Playing up is only allowed if the player is "birthdate" grade eligible. Contact us for details.
SCHOLARSHIPS:
If you need assistance with the registration fee, through the generosity of the Mighty Oak Fund, Littleton Youth Soccer is proud to offer a need-based scholarship program. To apply, please send your request to scholarship@littletonyouthsoccer.org. In most cases a copy (legible scan or photo) of your Free and Reduce Lunch (FRL) acceptance letter is all that is required. A decision on your application will be made promptly. If you do not have a copy of your letter, please contact the Littleton School Department to obtain a new one."
